¼ cup butter
1 ¼ tsp baking soda
¾ cup sugar
3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
¾ cup brown sugar
3 oz butterscotch chips
3 oz chocolate chips
2 eggs
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp bourbon vanilla
¼ cup almond butter
¾ cup peanut butter
In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar and butter
until creamy. Add in eggs, vanillas and soda. Mix in almond and peanut butters.
Stir in oats, chips and walnuts. Place tsp. full of dough on a parchment lined
cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins. Edges will be lightly browned,
but centers will set more on cooling rack.
It will be hard, but give them a good 15 mins to coolJ
