Black Bean Corn Tortillas

1 bag of Corn Masa Flour
1/2 can black beans
Juice of 1 lime
Sea Salt & Pepper

Follow the directions on the Masa bag for making 16 tortillas.  (which will be an amount of flour and water) Add the beans, lime juice and salt & pepper.  Mash and kneed together with your hands until all combined into dough.  A potato masher could be used to better incorporate the beans or just left for a very textured experience:) Now roll the dough into about 16 small balls and proceed to flatten by using tortillas press or rolling pin. 

On a medium-hot heated grill or griddle, grill tortillas about 3 mins on each side.
