Cinnamon Syrup


1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together all ingredients except milk. Bring to a full boil, then cook 2 minutes longer. Cool 5 mins. Stir in milk and serve. When reheating the syrup, use low heat so the milk does not curdle.

Can be used on so much! Pancakes, waffles.  Add crushed pineapple, and it makes a fabulous ham glaze.

Dairy/Sugar Free Version
1 cup brown rice syrup
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup coconut cream 
1 cup raw agave
2 tsp. cinnamon
