1 lb. 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey
1 cup crumbled feta cheese (Any Daiya cheese style block; perhaps Jalapeño Havarti or Smoked Gouda
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 egg
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
In large bowl mix all ingredients and form into patties. When flattened, they should be the size of your palm.
Lightly oil grate and place patties on grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turn halfway through.
Garnish with favorite toppings, eat on gluten-free bun or cheese cookies:)
